Q3. Why an IBA (Independent Business associate) need to complete KYC?

Ans: As per Direct Selling Guidelines of Consumer Affair Department, Govt. of India, it is mandatory to complete KYC if you want to do business through direct selling/networking.

Q4. What is KYC?

Ans: The full form of KYC is “Know Your Customer” is a process of knowing your customer, otherwise referred to as KYC, in order to verify the identity of their clients either before or during the time that any company start doing business with them. KYC documents may Include Pan card, Aadhar card, Driving License or Passport issued by the Govt. authorities. GST certificate may also be asked for, if you are registered with GST

Q5. Why PAN number is required, If I have submitted my photo ID?

Ans: When an IBA qualifies for a commission, company needs to deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per income tax rules. To deposit TDS in the Tax department, we require your PAN number. The company will provide Form 16A for TDS deduction made on your income. You can claim back TDS from the government if your income is less than ₹500,000 from all sources by filing ITR (Income tax return).

Q6. Why the company is deducting GST on our commission?

Ans: Company is not deducting any GST, actually company wants to pay you an additional 18% GST on your commission when you are registered with GST

For example: - if your commission is ₹847 than GST will be ₹153 and your total commission will be including GST = ₹ 1,000

Q7. How I can register for GST?

Ans: It is very easy; you may contact any Chartered Accountant for GST registration. Within a few days you can get GST number.

Q8.Is GST registration mandatory for all IBAs’?

Ans: No, until your total annual business income reaches 40 Lakh.

Refund: -

Q1. How many days of the refund period we are offering?

Ans: 30 Days from the date of activation/invoice. For example: - if the subscription is activated on Aug 1st then you can get a refund up to Aug 30th. Both days (1st and 30th) inclusive.

Q2. How do I cancel my connection and get back the money?

Ans: You have 30 days to evaluate our product from the date of purchase. For example: - If the date of activation is 28thof July (Which would be the 1st day), if we add 30 days to 28th July, it would be the 26th August (Which would be 30th day); So one must apply for refund latest by 26th August with valid reasons by sending an email to Customercare@unfoldu.in

IBA Placement: -

Q1. How you will place your first 2 self-sponsored IBAs?

Ans: You have the choice to place 2 self-sponsored IBAs - one in extreme Left and other on extreme Right of your ID.

Q2. How you will place your personally sponsored 3rd IBA?

Ans: You have choice to choose Extreme Left or Extreme Right only but placement ID will be decided by the software, for your 3rd self-sponsored IBA onwards.

Q3. Can an Inactive IBA place a new IBA in his/her team?

Ans: No, Inactive IBA cannot place a new IBA in his/her team.

Q4. Can I change the placement and sponsor of the IBA ID?

Ans: Yes, only If your IBA ID is inactive and if this is done by the mistake. Please report this matter to the customer care helpline within 24 hours of registration.

Q5. How do I see last IBA which was placed in my team in the tree?

Ans: Please login to IBA portal> Click "Team View"> two options will appear a) Vertical view and b) Team View, select "Team view" > take cursor to the last IBA on the Page, check team size> click the last one to check the last IBA.

Q1. When will TDB (Team development bonus) start for an IBA?

Ans: TDB will start after becoming Senior Executive from your 3rddirect sale onwards. TDB income will be generated after 1st sale of 3rd Direct IBA up to unlimited depth, who personally sold minimum one package of 1,000 PV or two packages of 500 PV each. For renewal, the same policy will be applicable. TDB will be generated from the network of first and second direct sales of your 3rd direct sale onwards.

Payout & wallet

Q1. What is a Wallet?

Ans: Wallet is a digital box where your income earned will be accumulated in the form of Wallet Points. These Wallet Points will be converted into money when it crosses 500 WPs after TDS deduction.

Q2. How much minimum wallet points value required for getting credited in an account?

Ans: Amount will be credited in your account in terms of Rupees only when your wallet points are more than 500 after TDS deduction.

Q3. How much minimum commission is transferred to IBA’s account after all deductions?

Ans: Example 1: If you sell 2 students package, which is priced ₹11990, you will qualify for PSB amount of ₹847.45, your account will be credited (847.45-42.37=₹ 805.07) after deducting 5% of TDS from your income. And If you are registered under GST, 18% on your income will be added in your account, amount to be credited in your account will be (805.07+ 152.54= ₹957.61)

Example 2: If you sell 1 student package, which is priced ₹6990, you will qualify for PSB income amount of ₹423.73, your income will be credited into your wallet in points value after deducting 5% of TDS from your income i.e. (423.73- 21.18=402.55). If you are registered under GST, 18 % on your income will be added in your account, points value to be credited in your wallet will be (402.55+76.27=₹478.82). This amount will be credited in your account in the form of Rupees, only when your wallet points are more than 500 points after TDS deduction.

Ans: Please login onto IBA portal with your credentials> click "Business associates" on the left side bar> select option "My Team IBA"> enter desired date range to check the team for particular period>left side box is team 1 and right side box is team 2. You can also verify the reward points from this option.

Ans: Upload may not happen due to many reasons like - Size, quality, type of file you are trying to upload. JPEG or PNG files are accepted by all means. Ans: The sale of Online courses was stopped due to statutory requirements issued by state govt., You can surely work in Maharashtra with offline packages only
